Off I go for a run.  My goal is 25 miles per week.  Today is the last day of the week and I'm very glad I only have to run 3.5 miles.  For the pass 3 weeks or so I have been dealing with a glut strain, so the first couple miles of the run have not been that fun.  Kenzie (16) has her end of bouldering season party today.  She will be competing at regionals for voice and drama next weekend - she is not as prepared as I would like her to be - and does not like to hear me tell her this.
I'm working on opening our second group home for young adults with autism.  I have to hire and train 11 new employees by March 2nd, complete all the paperwork, pass a licencing and much much more.  My sister Sue who is my business partner is coming in next week, while Craig is going home to visit his parents.
I spent a good part of the day yesterday shopping for business shirts for my oldest daughter Felicia.  She is very hard to shop for, after going through the whole mall I gave up and went to Macy's and picked out some shirts knowing that she could and most likely would return them and get whatever she wants, which I suspect she will be some kitchen gadget.  I will let you know.

My political thought for the day:  Thank God we have someone in office who can read, write, communicate with adults while acting like an adult and I wish the Republicans would do what they said a thousand times in the past 8 years "get over it - you lost - now get with the program".
My emotional thought for the day:  Today I get to start over, new run, new conversations with my family, new memories, and new thoughts.  I want to make today one I'm proud of.
